At this booth, we welcomed a receptionist with a special identity. She is our intelligent service robot Xiaobo. Not only does Xiaobo have a cute appearance and a sweet voice, she is also a capable person. She provides the audience with the highest quality services such as casual chats, tour guides, and interactive entertainment at the scene. The secret of her technological intelligence is hidden in her brain. Equipped with efficient face recognition and flexible gesture interaction system. With such a fresh and lovely robot, don’t you want to come and chat for five dollars?
Another remote-sensing robot brother, Magic Mirror Phantom, took a cool route. Although he looked cold, he was quite enthusiastic when interacting with the audience and popping balloons. The Magic Mirror Phantom Robot can imitate the movements of humans in front of it in real time, just like the reflection in a mirror. Therefore, when the audience makes the guiding action of popping the balloon, he will also make corresponding movements and pop the balloon in front of him. Balloons, get the beautiful gifts in the balloons. And he can complete the series of actions just now because it has an intelligent brain that collects the movements of the human arm through KINECT and maps them to the robotic arm, controlling the robotic arm to make the same movements within a limited range, thus realizing the robot remote sensing operations.
The most important exhibit at this exhibition is the mysterious black box at the scene. It is an intelligent charging and swapping station built with great care by Bozhon. It combines charging and battery swapping modes, not only charging, but also automatically changing batteries, using advanced technology to solve the problem of time-consuming and labor-intensive charging and swapping. This is the first time that Bozhon has launched this technology. A single battery replacement time is 2 minutes and 30 seconds, and the comprehensive battery replacement time is less than 5 minutes. It is very intelligent and can be powered on with one click. It has functions such as fully automatic battery replacement, intelligent charging and battery maintenance, and comprehensive operation monitoring. It is intelligent, efficient, safe, reliable, convenient, stable, and economical. It is suitable for all electric vehicles that use bottom battery swapping mode.
The high-speed linear motor platform can be quickly compatible with many types of products and adapt to different models of products. It can perfectly adapt to product production occasions such as dispensing, laminating and marking under high-speed working conditions. The positioning accuracy can reach ±0.005mm. High stability, the first-time pass rate of the product is greater than 98%.
WisdomEye, an intelligent defect detection equipment, is suitable for automatic detection of various materials and complex workpieces, with a detection pass rate as high as 98%. Not only can the defects of the measured object be detected online, but also its defects can be analyzed and counted, and a detailed inspection report can be generated. It is worth mentioning that the manipulator used is a flexible six-axis manipulator independently developed by us, which can achieve rapid capture, real-time processing of images, display of processing results, etc.
Double-sided grinding and polishing machines are mainly used for double-sided grinding and polishing of thin parts made of metal and non-metallic hard and brittle materials. And they can achieve personalized processing according to the different needs of customers.
