Moreover, it is equipped with a three-level CCD inspection system, which effectively prevents defective pole pieces from entering the pole group and ensures product quality. Meanwhile, the high alignment of pole pieces eliminates the outflow of defective pole sets, further enhancing the reliability and stability of the product.
2. Three-station cutting and stacking machine
The three-station cutting and stacking machine is outstanding in the Z-stacking process of power/energy storage cells, which integrates an array of automated functions such as automatic blet splicing, automatic de-skewing, tension detection, ultrasonic de-dusting, dimensional and defect detection, alignment detection, etc. The machine is more compact than its counterparts, which can effectively improve the utilization of plant space. The design of the double-action mechanism makes it possible to significantly increase the working efficiency of a single station. Moreover, with its streamlined design concept, the machine has shortened the length of the belt path, which not only improves the stability of the machine's operation, but also further enhances the cutting precision. 3. Blade aluminum shell liquid injection machine
Blade aluminum shell liquid injection machine is designed for fully automatic liquid injection mass production of blade aluminum shell lithium cells, and more than 300 sets have been successfully delivered. Equipped with multiple functions such as automatic code scanning, weighing, HI-POT test, liquid replenishment, and positive and negative pressure cycling settling, it significantly improves the production efficiency and product quality. During the liquid injection process, the blade aluminum shell liquid injection machine adopts vacuum injection and infiltration to ensure that the electrolyte can be better absorbed, thus enhancing the performance of the cell. The dual tank design of the equipment effectively solves the air bubble issues and ensures the accuracy and stability of the liquid injection. It integrates multiple functions such as code scanning, weighing, HI-POT test, liquid replenishment, positive and negative pressure cycles to meet the demands of efficient and precise production. During the liquid injection process, the cylindrical steel shell liquid injection machine adopts high-pressure-isobaric liquid injection technology to ensure that the battery does not bulge or deform during the liquid injection process, while avoiding damage to the explosion-proof membrane, so that the electrolyte can be quickly infiltrated and absorbed. Furthermore, the dual tank design of the equipment effectively solves the air bubble issues and further improves the quality of liquid injection.
5. Pack automatic assembly line
